Meet Steph

Hey, I’m Steph and I am a Keynote Speaker & Career Story Coach.

I’m on a mission to help you own your story and live authentically. After years of trying to fit into molds that weren’t mine, I found freedom in embracing my true self and now I’m all about showing others how to do the same.

I hold a Bachelor of Social Work Degree, a certificate in trauma-informed care and am a Certified Resume Writer and Interview Coach through Career Professionals of Canada.

I’ve always been a multipassionate, chasing the next adventure - whether it’s horseback riding, hitting the gym, or just enjoying life with my family.
